The pins are in the correct way as they only go in one way and their is all new pressure springs installed. The other thing to check is the angled top and bottom plates on your attach plates on your attachments. If they are not the correct heights the pins won't hold it properly and allow it to slip off. Are the locking pins long enough?

Suddenly the buckets on my skid steer just fall off if any down pressure is applied. Been working fine up until yesterday. Buckets are pretty new so dont think they are worn. Lift the attachment off the ground. Then see how much gap you have between the attachment plate where the pin holes are and the bottom of your SSQA. Use this as a guide to add a plate shim. If you lift the attachment up high you can see the bottom of the pins from the operator seat. See that they are both down. (If I remember right, the pins stick down a noticeable amount.) #3: It would be good to put on another attachment that doesn't pop off and see how far the pins are down.
