There is power at the fuse and switching out the relays in the fuse panel does not change anything. There are two coils in the solenoid, pull in and hold in. Pull in is normally a quick blip of voltage, if it stays on, the coil will fry as described in about 5 minutes. Before condemning the Boss, I would check the harness over for any bad rubs. The piston coming out of the solenoid is pushing on the fuel cut off valve in the pump with no power. Removing the solenoid would allow the fuel cut off valve to open and engine will start but will need to be manually shut down. Tried bleeding the fuel system, replaced filters. flow seems normal. It has a fuel shut off solenoid and I suspect its bad and causing the problem. I'm not entirely sure though.
