However the manual & a sticker above the hydraulic reservoir fill cap indicates using 10w30 or 10w40 motor oil. I've just purchased a Case 1845c skidsteer. I asked previous owner where I could find the additive and he advised he always used reg hydraulic oil. He had owned the machine since it was new. So, my question is should I continue to use hyd oil or change and use 10w30 oil with the HTO additive?
