I'm kinda surprised you guys can get 0/day w/ a skid steer. A full size 4 wheel drive front end loader w/ hoe goes for 0/day w/operator. If they don't want to pay for the tractor I simply get a crew of 5 or 10 and charge per hour for each man I have on the job.
