Loosen jam nut and slide arm off the splines and reposition a few splines over the correct direction. you'll have to adjust the levers that attach to the brake shafts that come out chain cases. loosen the 1/4 bolt on the lever and slide it off and turn the brake shaft the direction the brake lever is applied. the brake shaft is splined. lift up the seat to do it. its tight but can be done.
