I'm always in the dark without a manual but I do know that I can buy Hydraulic fluid (.00 per 5 gallons where I had new hoses made) a lot cheaper than the tranny fluid about 4 bucks a quart. The service manual I have as well as the Owners manual I downloaded call for 10w30 diesel engine oil for the hydraulic system (10 gal). This sounds strange to me. Has anyone run across this? thanks Jon
