I am looking at a 2006 317 John Deere skid steer that a rental company has for sale with 900 hrs. I would use it for cleaning cattle barns and other chores, maybe move some bales etc. Was just wondering if anyone had experience with this machine. Visibility to the sides and rear on the 332 is much poorer than competitive model with the boom all the way down. If you lift the boom slightly you can see under the boom and the visibility is great. Cost 9800 for the rebuild. I'm on my 3rd Deere machine. 329d, then 333e, and now a 333g. Two major STRONG points that are second to none are.. It acts like the glow plugs are not working but I have checked the fuse and it is fine and the countdown works on the diaplay. Wondering if I'm having some fuel issues with it loosing it's pressure.
