Can anyone confirm or deny what Ive been told regarding T handle twist controls ( like those on Gehls and some mustangs) and the straight handled controls with foot controls (like some Bobcats). I was told the straight arm controls have bigger heavier valves and the T handle twist controls have smaller valves. If you started out using the old T handle control or the hand and feet control to run the bucket then you will have to change your way of thinking and relearn how to operate the pilot control or hands only controls. I just recently purchased a gehl 2600 skidsteer and was wondering if there is a way to adjust the hand controls for forward/reverse. When you start it , it moves forward or reverse depending on control lever .
